Our Standards
At Frontrunner Protective Services, we consider the performance of our officers to be a direct reflection of both our company and the client. We aim to safeguard our reputation and the client’s. Consequently, we only hire security personnel who meet or exceed our stringent hiring standards. All Frontrunner officers must:

-
Pass a background check that verifies no felony convictions or other criminal activity
-
Pass a pre-employment drug test
-

-
Have a strong work ethic
-

-

As an added measure of care, we engage in personnel matching for open positions to ensure our officers are the right match for our clients. This practice encourages transparency and sets the stage for a long and successful client/officer relationship.
Without exception, leadership at Frontrunner Protective Services expects our officers and employees to maintain a very high level of professionalism at all times. Frontrunner has established company policies and procedures, best practices, and company expectations. All officers must certify that they have read, understand, and will abide by them. In addition, we generate site specific Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG’s) for every client site, which we require our officers to know and follow.
Some of our basic requirements for all officers at every client site include:
-
Arriving for duty on time
-
Presenting a professional appearance and complying with grooming standards
-
Wearing a clean, pressed, and well-fitting company uniform and shined shoes
-
Fulfilling set scheduled shifts without “call offs”

Our standards have proven to create a prosperous work environment for our employees where they can be proud of the agency they represent, the title they hold, and the exemplary services they provide.
